Delivery Terms

We use various couriers to ship your parcel and the above prices include for full traceability of your parcel as well as superior packaging.

We aim to get all items ordered directly from the site out within 7 working days bespoke items will take a little longer depending upon the complexity and volume.

This is not a guaranteed service as there are many factors that can affect the delivery outside of our control. If your item is for a special event or something similar please speak to the office.

If you need a guaranteed date which is within this time frame please choose the express service.

If you are a customer  outside of the United Kingdom Mainland then there may be a surcharge for delivery, please contact the office for further information.

Note: We will take great care to ensure that your order is packaged safely and securely. Please check the contents of the parcel before signing paperwork, if the driver is unable to wait then sign the paperwork as damaged . In the unlikely event of your order being damaged in transit, please mark the courier’s paperwork as DAMAGED or REFUSE the delivery. Please retain all packaging and advise us by 12 noon on the following working day.

We cannot process any claims for damage if the procedure above is not followed. This is due to claims restrictions placed on us by our couriers.
