We aim to get all items ordered directly from the site out within 7 working days bespoke items will take a little longer depending upon the complexity and volume.
This is not a guaranteed service as there are many factors that can affect the delivery outside of our control. If your item is for a special event or something similar please speak to the office.

In the unlikely event of your order being damaged in transit, please mark the courier’s paperwork as DAMAGED or REFUSE the delivery. Please retain all packaging and advise us by 12 noon on the following working day.
